The Salem Makerspace’s goals are to:
Provide tools and space for makers: from hobbyists to professionals
Offer training and classes for community from trained instructors
Serve as a gateway between companies wanting work or workers and the community
Support members and the community in fostering creativity in art, STEM, and manufacturing

At opening, here's what we would like to provide at the Makerspace with membership. Rental spaces will be available based on square footage, with a minimum space requirement (TBD).
All stations (woodshop and 3d printing) will require training before use.
Wood shop with tools
Woodshop rental spaces - most likely a workbench, storage space, and room to work
Artist community area
Artist rental spaces - small area with room to work
